We found this Martha Stewart swirling liquid crystal ball decoration at a Home Goods store yesterday for $25. What's great about this decoration is that it's not "motion activated". It has two settings, "On with Lights and Sounds" and "On with Lights Only", which makes this an ideal prop in the haunted mansion bookcase for our Halloween 2024 ghost haunt theme. It's also quite mesmerizing and pretty to watch all on its own. We saw two versions of this decoration at Home Goods, this green one and a purple one, but we thought the green one would stand out more on our bookcase prop. We're always on the lookout for things we can use for future haunts.
Pretty cool.
