I heard someone in Target thanking the employees for waiting till now to set up Halloween - the shelfs were still 80% empty. But here's the kicker - round the corner they had two full aisles of Christmas!
ReplyDeleteWe were in Target last Thursday night and they had all the Halloween decorations and costumes sitting in stacks of boxes on pallets in the isles ready to go up on empty shelves. At least the bulk of the Halloween candy was already out. We were in Walmart on Sunday and they had all their Halloween decorations and costumes out and better pricing on Halloween candy than Target, at least when it came to the full sized candy bar variety boxes.
