When did you decide to go from being a graveyard/pumpkin/spider haunt to the extra challenge of having a theme?
ReplyDeleteWe did our last "generic" haunt in 2001. Everything after that has had a focal theme. From 1998 to 2001 it was basically adding more lights, props, pumpkins each year, then we started to focus on themes. We've now reached the "recycling" stage where we rotate our favorite themes and tweak them slightly when we revisit them, retiring old pieces/props and adding new ones as required.
