Attic Hatch Yard Haunt: Infestation 2023

One of our favorite yard haunts. Bob Kowal makes all his props. He sculpts them either from foam or he uses clay to make his own molds. Just fantastic to see every year! Attic Hatch is part of the Clinton Twp Neighbor-Haunt in Michigan.

First Prop Build Of 2022

For our "Classic Horror Movie Monsters" theme we wanted to add something "kitschy" to the haunt to convey the theme, so we decided to add some "Moviegoer Skeleton" props for the haunt. We bought some plastic 3D red & blue lens glasses, but the color of the lenses would have been lost over the black eyes of the skeletons. So we installed a pair of white LED lights and covered them with red and blue Fender guitar amp style "jewel dome" light covers to diffuse the light and enhance the color of the lenses.
