Creepy Trick-Or-Treater Prop

This prop is a classic example of "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade." We have been working on the next few years worth of haunt themes in parallel and ordered a mask hoping it would allow us to create a very specific character prop. Unfortunately, we received the wrong version mask (instead of the Phantasm "Minion Lurker", received the "Evil Lurker" mask). This mask was too grotesque for our intended character use and we quickly realized that the Lurker masks are too small in scale as well. But an idea formed that was inspired by a Pumpkinrot blog post from last year. We had enough spare PVC mannequin parts to construct a small child sized Creepy Trick-Or-Treater prop that we will use on the one side of our garage that is highly visible but really isn't part of the themed yard haunt space. Already working on an expansion of the concept for that display area for 2026!
