Building A Better Monster

For several years we've been using vinyl semi-poseable mannequin ring display hands on our PVC pipe monster mannequins with a modicum of success with latex and vinyl monster hand gloves, but they were never ideal. Amazon had plastic realistic life size skeleton/zombie/monster hands for a very reasonable price, so we decided to buy them and see if they would work with our mannequins. Suffice to say they work perfectly with Spider Hill Prop Works "Spider Joints" using just a couple of screws. The hands could be painted whatever color desired, but we were also able to easily put on a pair of latex monster hand gloves over them. We're going to be updating all our mannequins with these plastic hands in the near future.
