Fields of the Nephilim

Every year when we do a haunt theme, we try to stick to a stylized/cohesive look/feel versus a mishmash of vastly different styles of props and decorations. While working on our standing scarecrow props and trying to decide what style or combination of styles of scarecrows would achieve our goal we ultimately came to the decision that the look and feel we wanted was that of the gothic rock band Fields of the Nephilim. Wizard of Oz type scarecrows with pointy felt or straw hats and overalls weren't going to cut it! It's sort of like the line from the movie Addams Family Values... we want Ballerina Barbie, not Malibu Barbie.
