Yesterday we completed another standing prop for our yard haunt display on Halloween night. This one will go inside the mini mausoleum. The cape is from a costume shop, pants and shirt are from Goodwill, hands are from Spirit Halloween, feet are from Amazon, and the mask is from Lord Grimley's Manor.

2017 Halloween Yard Haunt Update
Only 20 days to go before the big night. We're in pretty good shape overall, but still working on acquiring more pumpkins for our jack-o'-lanterns. One of our local supermarkets got several large bins of them in for a great price per pumpkin, but the entire lot are wider than they are tall, so not a lot of carving real estate for faces. Takes time to acquire a lot of pumpkins that are good sized and shaped at fair prices. The small local farm stands have been gouging on prices the past couple of years. If you're going to charge $10+/pumpkin, they better be "super big" pumpkins that we can barely lift! We never bother with the large "fall festivities" farm markets that sell pumpkins by the pound, we leave that for the amateurs.
